    after ilan minutes.... nagdala ng cake.... not your typical napay napay cake.... its a flourless cake... a true cake...

    important is to be aware sa paligid. tahimik ba and plain accident or because may kadaldalan si waiter? then i will decide if ok lang of not.

    The (in)famous Liebeck story...

    some folks, lawyers included, thought it was an example of litigation gone wild.
    in the first place, the 79 year old lady wasn't drinking the coffee. she accidentally spilled it onto her lap, when she attempted to fix it for drinking, in their car that did not have cupholders.

    Some people blame their stupidity on others. This case, she was awarded damages for her mistake. She damn well it was hot and knew it was going to spill if the cup was unstable or metastable specially in a moving vehicle.
