What would you do if natapunan ka soup ng waiter , nabasa damit, nag pantal skin, though hindi naman permanent scar or something I think matatanggal din. What could you demand? Or sorry na lang? What would you do?

The poor waiter's family probably depends on him and knowing scarcity of jobs in Manila, the waiter will someday remember the patience and be thankful for saving his job.

Kung sa akin... I think ok lang (first job ko sa mall), I know bayad si waiter sa natapon nya, baka sya pa magbayad dun sa ibibigay ni manager syo.

Pero kung sa companion ko (family, friend etc) ipaglalaban ko naman...

Pero naalala ko one time, yung katabi kong table, natapunan ng ice water yung bag ng ka-date nya. It was a Neverfull and saktong sakto tapon... Di ko ma-imagine kung sa table ko mangyari yun.

as others say, sh!t really happens and good to know that all's well.
if the waiter is a product of tesda, he should know how to handle it.
this is being taught in tesda FBS course. during the conduct of national competency assessment, they will be given a "Not Yet Competent" result once there's a spillage or any fallen cutleries/glass.

Punasan yung bag. Problema yung contents pag may nasira (phone or papers). Kung maselan yung owner, malaking problema yan.

Wala...let it pass..if you get mad kawawa naman...and if they tell you youll get a free meal...just be carefull, baka di lang ang food ang free

pero sa mga resto pag nakaperwisyo ang waiter eh dapat meron sila pampalubag loob.... aksidente nga pero pag nasa hospitality business ka eh gawan ng paraan.....

nangyari sa amin ito ilan years years years ago..... nagparefil ng unlimited drinks eh hindi nashoot pag buhos.... gulat si waitress.... todo punas at bigay ng sandamakmak na tissue....

after ilan minutes.... nagdala ng cake.... not your typical napay napay cake.... its a flourless cake... a true cake...

important is to be aware sa paligid. tahimik ba and plain accident or because may kadaldalan si waiter? then i will decide if ok lang of not.

some folks, lawyers included, thought it was an example of litigation gone wild.
in the first place, the 79 year old lady wasn't drinking the coffee. she accidentally spilled it onto her lap, when she attempted to fix it for drinking, in their car that did not have cupholders.

Some people blame their stupidity on others. This case, she was awarded damages for her mistake. She damn well it was hot and knew it was going to spill if the cup was unstable or metastable specially in a moving vehicle.
