hindi ba pwede nila tong gawin sa tanghali pag pamatay ang init? sa gabi kase lage umuulan e. i-tapat naman sana nila sa tanghali.

Yun din sana ang gusto ko pero my analisys is that the reason why they do it in the late afternoon is so that the ground and air temperature is lower so there will be less evaporation after the rain. Sayang naman yung artificial rain kung mag-e-evaporate agad.
