That's true, empleyado ako for more than 10 years at bihira ang lead na well loved. Saka usually those of the same level hang out kaya yung TL to staff bihira yung non work related stuff. Exception lang ako sa mga German boss ko and that's even controversial.

May instance pala tumawag ako sa bank call center, yung sumagot halatang nasa bahay, napaka unprofessional ng background. I even said I can't understand her because of the noise. I was sent an email afterwards on feedback re the call, I did not respond na lang but I was really tempted to say na para akong tumawag sa sari sari store. Saka kulang na lang magsalita ng haller, weh at gora yung agent. Nung panahon ko well spoken at officer level lang pwede sa phone banking.

I never wake up that early 'no. Kaya my parents have a rule that I study/work close to home. Also, my boss changed my working hours kasi hindi ko nga magawa pumasok ng maaga Win win for me because I get to sleep in, no traffic and there is parking na sa building namin.

Pero nung new hire pa lang ako, ang iniiyakan ko yung pauwi ng rush hour, palabas pa lang ng dela Rosa st, inaabot na ko ng 30 mins that's less than 500 meters ata paikot! Sinusumpa ko yan lugar na yan pag rush hour! Pero hindi naman nagtagal yung ganyan na buhay ko

I think she needed to do this for her own healing, looks like she's dealing with PTSD, also self harming because of the guilt and shame.
She also wanted to warn the other ladies and speak up for other victims.

About the coffee guy. I think what he meant was, pag sumama ka sa house ng guy no matter kung san kayo galing prior, in their minds it can lead to something physical. That's what he warned me not to do again, yung sumama or be alone with a guy basta basta. Was he a nice guy? [emoji848] Let me just say I think he "negged" me and it worked. While having coffee he made me feel insecure about myself so when he asked if I'd like to come home with him, it was an instant confidence boost so I agreed. But when we got to his apartment he's nice naman. He offered to cook but I told him I wasn't hungry. Tumatak sakin nung I wouldn't pick up my mom's phone calls, he didn't condone it and he made me text her to tell her where I was. And for someone verbally frank, physically he's actually very gentle and didn't use force. Needless to say we fooled around but we didn't have ***. I stayed there until lunch time and we never heard from each other again HAHAHA. This was many years ago.
