really? follow up mo bro. my citizen's charter yang mga iyan. maganda niyan sulatan. under RA6713, public officials and employees need to reply the public's query or request within 10 days from receipt of the communication, otherwise puede i- complain yan sa ombudsman.

via CAA road. landmarks would be Shell, Southville International School and Las Pinas Doctors Hospital.
Coming from Dr. A. Santos Road (road of loyola and mla memorial), turn into CAA road with landmarks of stoplight, 7-11, Liana's and MacDo. tall building. about 1.5 km from corner siya.
i go there sundays, to avoid traffic.
