National Day of Protest!
T*ngn*ng iyan! - I treated everyone in the office : pizza, chicken, mojos, noodles, pichi-pichi and soda..... Whew!
I was listening to the song "Manila" on the radio on the way to work:
Bucket List:
1. I've walked the streets of San Francisco - check
2. I've tried the rides in Disneyland - check - from BackToTheFuture-then to HarryPotter-now (CA, FL, Hongkong)
3. Dated a million girls in Sydney.... Been there,- pero bomalabs yata ito...![]()
Somehow I feel like I don't belong.......

Crowds of people gathering at UPLB grounds. What was supposed to be an event by an NGO going by the name of Bullion Buyers has become a pro Marcos rally. Apparently people were promised 10k/month to attend the event.
This eerily reminds of that Wowowee stampede.
Pulot lang sa Twitter: apparently SEC has issued an advisory vs Bullion Buyers Ltd:
Bullion Buyer Ltd.
So it seems to me all that fuss at UPLB earlier was just a large scale scam. ~112k people showed up, presumably bought a 30-peso pamphlet, for the promise of 10k pesos per month, for life it seems. Now i understand why people have such a good impression of Marcos.
i mean, really: 112,000 people x 10,000 pesos = 1.12 Billion pesos paid out. Per month.
On the other side, 112,000 people x 30 pesos = 3,360,000 pesos gross profit for Bullion Buyers. Not bad. And they managed to get such a large crowd to attend, at UP Los Banos no less. One wonders how much more people they can scam next month.
Utang na loob, if you know somebody who's bought into this, please set them straight. i know i shouldn't care but this is just too painful to watch.
^ now there are unverified reports of kids gone missing at UPLB grounds. sonofab*tch.
Well actually for this case, i don't think it had anything to do with politics:
"Maricar Cinco

Bonbong Marcos on UPLB event:We do not know of nor have any involvement of any of these gatherings. It's a scam pure and simple.*InquirerSLB"
