Always be ready with your pictures if needed. Usually they used it to remember your face when they conducted interview then they might not so familiar with your face kung Sino nakapasa sa kanyamg ininterview. 2x2 or passport size pictures always on your pocket or envelope with you.

Depende. Anong job ba inapplyan mo? Kung customer-facing, usually, gusto nila makita itsura mo kung presentable.

Also it would help you land a job if you can use proper capitalization. HR and managers look at these things. Good luck!
