well...humans used to eat raw meat...problem is once we learned to eat cooked ones, the gut bacteria that digest the raw food died out...i also notice it when i switch to no carb for a year and back....there is a change in digestive pattern at pag poo poo..another example are the caucasians, sanay sa milk, kasi may gut bacteria sila to process the lactose then turn it to sugar, sa asian wala, but one can adapt by drinking everyday, poo poo ka lang ng poo poo, after a week or so, your body will adapt..

    I love eggs "malasado"

When I cook fried rice, I add raw eggs just after I turn off the heat.

I don't know if it has to do with age but since I turned 30 ata I cannot drink coffee anymore. It makes me either acidic or poop I used to drink coffee daily in my early 20s so it's really weird why my body reacts to coffee differently na.

My friend told me to drink yakult everyday to help with my acidity. I think it helped.

When it comes to food hindi naman ako maselan, kahit expired nga kinakain ko pa hahaah

Try Teh Tarik Cath. Tried it when I was on that business trip I told you about. It's the milk tea that they "pull" on the streets. I think you can get some from SM Aura's grocery in the imports section.

They have sellers in Aura or it's bottled? It's only recent that I can't drink milk tea na rin. I like Serenitea pa naman. I think it's milk that my tummy can't tolerate anymore

It's instant. Available at the imported section. Freshly brewed is better of course but not available here. You'll be glad to know it has non dairy creamer instead of milk. It comes in plastic packages of 10 pcs? of 3 in 1 packets.

This is close to where I live. I 've always wondered who's the owner of that corner lot.

    Now I know.

I'm not a resident of that subdivision, by the way.
