I don't think maaapprove yan bro. Too many people will complain of the flies. Meron nga akong kilala, 10 years na yung poultry nya. May nagdevelop ng land few km away. Eventually pinasara sya kahit sya nauna doon.

ah ok,,,, akala ko kasi nandyan lang din sya sa village nyo.

anyways, kung ako lang naman; think of mang inasal but with a wider choices lang pero lahat barbecue lang din.
meron dito sa area ganon ang concept. chicken, pork(in skewers, longganisa & liempo) + isaw lang. dine-in + unli rice,,,, sus, tiba-tiba talaga yun resto na yun araw-araw(opens * 5pm ~10pm)
though hindi ganon ka-garbo yung ambiance pero disente at malinis naman. yung original branch nila puro scrap woods lang yata gamit pero maganda naman kinalabasan.

tho hindi ka rin mahihirapan kumuha ng tenant dyan, maganda naman talaga yung location mo eh.
