    you may interchangeable the buckles to your new belt if it's not sewed. I would recommend Hickok brand, genuine leather, price is bang for the buck.

    How do I compute for my salary pala? Is it true that some companies are 12 months lang talaga because the bonus is incorporated in the salary already?

    So if I am earning 10,000 per month then we get get 15 mos = 10,000 x 15 = 150,000 / 12 = P12,500. so in effect my monthly salary is 12500? Some companies ask for monthly kasi and not annual.

    AFAIK

    salary = basic pay dun sa payslip mo, if incorporated na lahat then it becomes your basic pay.

    That is SADLY true. I am not sure how these companies go around the system....

    You ask them first on their concept/scheme of "basic salary",- and then, you give them the equivalent number from what you are getting now.

    So possible malugi ako. Using my computation. My fix salary is 10k but since we get 15 mos ang annual ko is P150k. So if a company offers me P12k per month pero × 12 lang sila ang annual ko P144000 . Online job applications kasi hinihingi yun monthly salary e dunno how I should compute it

    If online job application,- give them them the all-in number as your basic salary....

    And then, just rehash the number later during the actual interview.
