by the same reasoning, cars for rent should pay more for LTO registration, because they use the road more, causing more "wear and tear" to the road and associated utilities and service providers.. kaya nga iba dapat ang kulay ng plaka ng vehicles for rent/hire.. which gives us an idea of just how rampant the practice of short-changing our government, is..
