I have Smart and Globe, and between the two, Globe is better.

LTE connectivity with Smart is pretty bad, I revert to unusable EDGE or HSDPA around 30% of the time, and that's in Metro Manila. With Globe, I only get stuck with EDGE around 10% of the time.

It's also very rare that I have good Smart signal but poor Globe signal. Usually it's the other way around.

I also don't have any problems with my billing with Globe. My cut-off is every 5th of the month and I get my bill around the 8th. It's very convenient to pay because I just make an online payment via BPI. If I have any complaints, they have a hotline I can call, and around 80% of my complaints have been resolved with one phone call.

Everyone thinks the grass is greener on the other side. But having tried both kinds of grass, I'd stick with the blue one.

Ba't ganun? Total opposite sakin. Parang magnanakaw. Biglang kung ano anong sinisingil

I'm stuck with Globe's cr*ppy service because I don't wanna change my number. I've had my number for close to 2 decades. It's still under my Mom's name because when I got it I wasn't qualified to have my own line yet hehe

For me naman, Smart has better coverage, but call quality and data speed lamang Globe.

Unfortunately mas marami contacts ko na Smart kaya primary ko Smart. But after mag-end ang 2 year contract ko sa smart yung internet service sa Globe ko na kukunin. Call and text na lang sa Smart, no more data. LTE nila last week dyan ako sa manila laging drop yung Smart. Mas okay pa H+ na lang palagi.

    From CNN Ph:

    - Passenger(Engr. Macabando) says parang normal naman daw sa loob ng plane; no explosion, no hostage taking/hijacking
    - pilot announced over PA that security personnel will board the plane, who will check their passports(so far no one has gone up yet)
