im definitely not "alpha male" hehe its just necessities of my work. Its cash basis when i have to pay our workers their wages ( wednesdays and saturdays) and purchase materials from suppliers who arent my sukis. Otherwise if suki na the supplier its all bank transfer online.

    Ot. Glad you're better now

Thanks. I'm trying to entertain myself and I stopped taking my antihistamine cocktail to help me sleep.

I'm just curious. Are you based in the Philippines?

You seem pretty successful to me, and there's something about carrying cash that gives me the "alpha male" impression. I find not having enough cash such a turn off (like my officemate who has to make a withdrawal anytime he needs to spend anything over P1k. kakabwiset [emoji14] )

What i would give for a cocktail of pills right now. I have a terrible headache, sinusitis and sore throat. I got all these from a vacation would you believe?! Cold beer and hanging outside in the hamog did it for me. And i thought sea breeze is good for you. Pffft.

Yup I'm based in the Philippines. Shuttling weekly between manila and our province. its getting tiring but i have to get my laundry done and take some meetings back home. Lol And of course i miss home too, and my bed, and our dogs, so i guess id just have to bear it. The food i dont miss so much tho haha

I hate going to the atm too! Praning pa ko because of the atm scheming thats been happening.

Bactidol works wonders for me when I have a sore throat. I have 150+ antihistamines (no kidding) with me. I have a tendency to hoard

Just how far is your province? You drive? Why wouldn't you miss the food, home cooked meals are the best

RE cash, I do hate using the ATM so I withdraw the max amount I can. And I only withdraw in specific ATMs so in case the cash isn't dispensed, or my ATM gets kain, it's convenient for me to make a complaint (happened to me once). It's really a hassle to be around a person who doesn't carry enough cash. Often times my annoying officemate would borrow cash from us because he keeps less than P100 (enough for his transpo fare) in his wallet.

Just 2-3 hours drive from balintawak. What i hate is the drive from ortigas (or wherever i am on a saturday afternoon) to balintawak.

We have a terrible cook who likes to shortcut things in the kitchen. Results are inconsistent. Ranging from ok to inedible. My parents are also at the age where as long as its fish theyre happy na. Me naman ive accepted na na as long as theres hotdog in the fridge e ok na din.

Weekdays office bahay lang, 100p each day nasa wallet for 2 redhorse , lunch utang sa office canteen, dinner meron sa bahay na madalas hindi rin ako nakakakain.

Weekends, 5k pag wala ang barkada, pag andyan barkada 10k. Of course dala atm and credit cards cause You'll never know san kayo mapadpad.

Recently 2k or less plus 1 cc nalang sa wallet (gas and emergency lang yun cc)
Checkbook sa auto (1 expired and 1 new), yun expired incase may scammer na pedestrian.
Withdraw nalang pag 500 nalang natira, madalas din maubos kasi yun 50 and 20 denom iwan sa auto including coins. Minsan umabot ng 2k "barya" sa kotse, nautang tuloy nun may sumabay na officemate hahaha

I watched a youtuber who had ZERO cash with her. She saw ice scramble and wanted to buy but she had no money. She told the vendor she only had P30 so she was able to buy small size. I am not sure if the money is hers or she borrowed from her 10 yr old nephew who was with her

I was shocked because she was driving a car! My parents told me to ALWAYS have money especially pag may dala kang auto. Medyo morbid, pero when you get into an accident or your car breaks down, may pambayad ka agad. If I had a kid with me, I'd bring even more money.

I am not comfortable when I don't have enough cash in my wallet. I have P1000 tucked in my phone, another P1000 tucked in my license and money in different pockets of my bag and I also have a second wallet for cash. I also have a small amount of USD and EUR in my wallet, just because. There's also cash in my car, maybe P500.

Growing up I saw and was taught by my parents not to allow things to reach levels na konti na lang (ex food or gas)

Kaya mind blown ako with ADULTS that have P30 in their wallet. I don't care if she has P10 million in her ATM or GCASH. Iba pa rin may hawak na cash, at least P1000 naman. Kaya ayan mukha siya kawawa, wala man lang pambili ice scramble.

I hate a bulging wallet because I carry it in my hand as I am not comfortable putting it behind my pants (takot madukutan ).

2k and all other bills below 1k denomination plus expected expenses sa wallet, a beep card, bdo rewards card and atm card for extra needs, I don't have a CC, I consider it a risk. Sa car, coins probably not more than 200 kesos.

Dati, may habit ang wife ko of putting money under the car mat, sinaway ko na siya kasi baka swertihin ang carwash boys.

Bro nun nag commute ako madalas and may dala bag, andun yun expensive mobile phone and REAL wallet; ang wallet ko 200 php or less (pamasahe), 3210 na sira pero nag power ON pa.
Nahold up ako sa bicutan, nakuha yun pamasahe wallet and 3210. Nabawi ko pa yun keys ng office (nakalagay sa fake wallet *long story), at may nakilala pako 3 magagandang chics (2 dun na semi tag team ako). Good karma ? Lol

Binigyan ko nalang 500, gulat ako pagbalik may dala ng sachet ng "tawas" at niyaya ako. Sabi ko ok na po ako dun sa susi, sabay balik sa apartment nun 3 babae [emoji87][emoji86][emoji85]

This happened to my wife and daughter long ago. They were already at the mall and going to the movie kaso wala palang dalang pera. Swerte lang at may mga naiwan sa kotse na barya, but it was just enough to see the movie and buy a pack of peanuts.

Because of the phone with wallet apps, the most important things to bring are just LTO license, CC, HMO card, a debit card plus a few bills just in case.
