I would classify old rich by at least 4 generations. Money should have been made by the great grandparents at the minimum.

If money was made by the parents or lolo pa lang may trace pa ng nouveau characteristics I would suppose. Eg Pacquiao 1st gen rich, pag dating sa apo sa tuhod ni pacquiao, assuming they maintain their status, sophisticated at wala na trace ng nouveau characteristics yan.
