madali talagang lustayin ang pera na hindi pinaghirapan.. not only for bum, it applies sa showbiznes din, madami din artista ang dating mapepera, pero ngayon walang wala.

December 13th, 2006 01:37 PM #22a bum is a bum...kahit bigyan mo yan ng $1B..honestly, tingin nyo ba yung character dun sa kwento eh diretso ang isip...kaya yun nasa kalye in the first place may deprensya yun.
ang dami dyang galing sa wala pero nagkapera...unfortunately kung may taong masinop meron din ng exact opposite..sila itong mga taong ito..bum! ang tatanda na kulang na lang dumede pa sa nanay nila hehe ..i know some of them personally...its sad pero katotohanan yan sa opinyon ko.

^exactly my point, the $100k could have been his 2nd chance (1st chance before he became a bum). he deserves it.

He should teach all of us a lesson, that when the opportunity comes, we might not see it come our way and just waste it.
Let's keep our eyes peeled for those opportunities, and our minds open to know what to do when the time comes.

saw this story on tv * PBS a few months ago.. well ako nanghinayang dun sa money naa binigay sa kanya..dinonate na lang sana sa mas less fortunate kesa sa isang homeless na malakas pa sa kalabaw.. it was a documentary though so yung nag produce nito probably expected that it would happen anytime soon..
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
