malapit na magstart ang round 12, and here are the changes to the new round according to rez:

Attack System
With TP getting into higher numbers weapon jams (wj) and head shots (hs) became a rarity during Round #11. The formula on how wj/hs are scored has been changed to bring them back into the game. Bringing these elements back will add a bit more randomness to the attack system.

Thugs will no longer get "tired" after attacks, it'll be full force for all attacks.

Training Points
Some aspects of the training point system I like some I don't. I don't yet have a clear picture on what all will be changed yet but changes are coming. One thing for sure that will happen is house and room upgrades will be worked into the TP system so you won't have to sacrifice either to stay ahead of the TP race.

Gang Wars
Gangs will be limited on who they can and can't attack based on rank and the "formula" will be thrown out the window. As of this writing I'm not sure what the limit will be maybe 2 ranks higher / lower then the gangs current rank. The ranking system will then change from updating every 10 minutes to either every 6 hours or just once at server reset, dunno yet. As stated the "formula" will be thrown out the window and gang wars will simply be determined by # of thugs killed.

Gangs will also get a 1 hour "rest" period after each war with the exception of police wars.
