Max na puwede idonate is 500ml iirc. And yes nagrerequire sila nang donors sa PNRC kung kukuha ka dugo. Kapag comon blood type mo wala naman masyado problema. Yung rare type and crucial.

Ako type -O, bibihira yan kaya hindi ako pwede maging donor na pamalit sa supply. Pinupuntahan lang ako if may kelangan nang dugo ko. So far 3 pa lang kami me record sa local PNRC. Sa family ko wala ako kadugo. Hindi ata ako legal son.

Bro, O negative ba ka mo? If yes, then that blood type is indeed rare here in our region.

Ako, O positive and this is practically a universal donor in the region.

IIRC,- O negative ang dugo ng ilang mga Caucasians,- kaya malamang dugong itstetsa-ed (Stateside) ka bro!..
