Di naman kailangan sariling dugo e. Donate ka then maibibigay yun sa ibang tao. Tapos pag nangailangan ka, bigyan ka ng ibang dugo na compatible sayo

In our case bro.,- the PNRC visits our facility every 6 months for our blood donation program.... 450ml for men; 350ml for ladies.

Puwedeng ibang tao ang mag-donate and then, just secure the PNRC donation-card for your future use.... You still have to pay some money though, to get the actual blood from them (I think PNRC in Manila- Intramuros[?])

I think you cannot keep a personal blood bank,- your donation will be used as needed.

Never ko pa natry mag request ng dugo sa PNRC.

Yes bro,- PNRC is very strict in their screening for blood donors...

For example - if you have a (daily) maintenance medicine,- you should not take it/them for at least 24 hours, before you can donate...

From the experience of a relative who I gave my PNRC cards,- pretty straightforward to claim from PNRC-Intramuros(?),- but you pay P2K(?) to claim... So, not totally "free"

Not familiar with PNRC but as much as possible they require you to bring donor/s. 2-3 bags in exchange of 1 bag (450cc). Yes sa tingin ng iba parang may tubo but what is giving kung dagdag buhay naman. Ganun din sa hosp as in di ka basta basta makakabili, mas required na magdala ka ng donor para sa ma maintain ang supply. Pero pwede kung sa pwede bumili naman but depende yan sa availability and most of the time kapos po talaga. Tuloy tuloy ang procedure sa OR and marami sa kanila need ng blood.

For emergency diba? Pag emergency wala na tanung tanung kung kailangan mo ng blood...bibigyan ka agad. sa huli na sasabihan ang relative/guardian mo. Pero kung scheduled procedure dun lang hihingi ng donor/s for replacement naman sa gagamitin para sa iyo. Para ma maintain lang rin ang supply.

May tanong ako alam ko pag may tattoo ka pwede ka mag donate after 6 months ata or 1 year. Papano sila nakaka siguro na naka 1 yr ka na? Or halimbawa bagong pierced ka papano nila malalaman na naka 1 or 2 months na? Gusto ko din mag donate pero ala akong mga certification ng tattoo.

Depende sa tatanggap from minimum of 2 years to declined kaagad. Free stat screening naman (HIV test, blood pressure, type, count, hepatitis and more)

Ako, O positive and this is practically a universal donor in the region.

IIRC,- O negative ang dugo ng ilang mga Caucasians,- kaya malamang dugong itstetsa-ed (Stateside) ka bro!..
