sanmig light lang..kung hard JWB lang pwede na![]()
Beer
Hard Liquor
depende sa panahon... pag mainit beer tapos pag malamig hard. usually red horse pag beer tapos gran matador pag hard.
depende sa client na kasama... need to be flexible at sinasabayan ko whatever they drink. but i am really a beer person.
may nadiskubre akong masalap na :toma: recently
french apple cider
May pagka-teetotaler din ako. Kung may inuman man, I restrict myself to 2 bottles, heavily diluted pa with ice
depends on the occasion
for dress/afternoon/cocktail party = cocktail drink, wine only
for gimik in manila or when i will be driving after the party = a bottle of san mig light or minimal alcohol intake only, tecnique for this, sip lightly and refrain from not talking, talk much and drink a lot of water.
for gimik without me having to drive after, anything goes, include a tub of water=) i dont want to harm my kidneys and liver.
hirap lang sa champagne, it's very much a party drink. to me it feels weird drinking it by yourself while just chilling out, or with dinner. i have also seen it served as an aperitif, although i don't know how common or "accepted" that practice is.
anyway, you must invite me to your champagne parties :snob: para baka sakali mapatikim mo ako ng Louis Roederer
anyway, kung inuman lang with pulutan beer is the easiest thing to crack open...preferences ko is Heineken and Corona with a slice of lemon. as far as mixed drinks, i only have those at bars (or somewhere where someone will get the ingredients and mix them for me) and i usually drink Grey Goose and tonic.
ps - speaking of mixed drinks, there is a really good drink that i have only had in the Philippines - called the zombie. anyone know this?
kung with dinner naman, my fave is red wine - a California red (merlot or cabernet), a Chianti or a French Bordeaux
