no I never believe this, ever since. Even when I was a kid, I remember arguing with my Mama over this pasma thingy.
Idagdag mo na yung pagod ka tapos maliligo or yung kahuhubad lang ng sapatos etc etc etc blah blah blah
I never believe this and will never believe it.

my dad who's a doctor always reiterates that there's no such thing as "pasma".
and I have to agree with M2. pano nga yung mga spa?
also, I hate it when this pasma thing becomes a conventional excuse for the household not to do anymore work for the rest of the day.

that pasma belief is crap.
