Ummm... bakita sa mga spa? From a hot pool dapat mag cool off ka either sa shower or cold pool after a certain number of minutes?

no I never believe this, ever since. Even when I was a kid, I remember arguing with my Mama over this pasma thingy.

Idagdag mo na yung pagod ka tapos maliligo or yung kahuhubad lang ng sapatos etc etc etc blah blah blah

I never believe this and will never believe it.

my dad who's a doctor always reiterates that there's no such thing as "pasma".

and I have to agree with M2. pano nga yung mga spa?

also, I hate it when this pasma thing becomes a conventional excuse for the household not to do anymore work for the rest of the day.

    exactly!

A doctor-friend of mine also told me the exact same statement, "there's no such thing as pasma"

    pano ang mga olympic swimmer?

todo to the max swimming nila lap after lap... e nasa tubig sila... so totally pasma sila?

    that pasma belief is crap.

And those people who get sick when they violate certain beliefs or superstitions... may tawag jan --- psychosomatic disorder.
