Tama naman na ipagbawal pero naisip ko lang, dapat bawal din ang drive thru..baket, ano bang mas mahirap? mag tatawag, o uminom ng kape habang nagdadrive, o kaya kumain ng cheeseburger?

May nagsabi nga sakin pati daw pangungulangot dapat ipagbawal din kasi gamit isang daliri, tapos titingin pa sa salamin kung may naiwan...o delikado yun diba

Sorry buddy, i never thought that "haha" would make you assume that im heartless and laugh in front of victims of such accidents. Who in their right mind would do that?

Anyway, that "haha" meant that its really funny that you cannot be contacted thru your cellphone while driving. Im sure our lawmakers could think of better strategies to meet their objectives you know.
