i am sure, overpricing is a common-enough practice there, for new costumers who just got off the turnip cart.
but once costumer becomes a return costumer, prices settle down to "regular price".
what the wise potential costumer should do, is to first make a comparative evaluation. go to 2 or 3 shops for estimate.
to some of the folks behind the counter... it is a game for them...
i do not think there is a price control law governing parts.
lookit the price of the same part number, between casa and banawe.
"you think knowledge is expensive? try ignorance."
heh heh.
