    Finally got PLDT’s Speedboost rollout on 2899 plan. Got the speedboost SMS confirmation yesterday and followed the link for activation. After a few hours check Speedtest and now getting 100/200 down/up speeds from previous 50/100 speeds.

    Just curious is it Dsl or fiber sir? Sa bahay namin kasi walang fiber line, kaya baka may way para mapabilis connection namin...

    Si PLDT mas mataas ang upload nya while si Globe opposite. Yung back up connection ko with Globe 140/40 naman. Kung heavy uploader ng content mas ok si PLDT kesa kay Globe.

    Fiber yan. Never papalo yung Dsl ng ganyan palagi mababa ang upload, wala naman nag rereklamo sa Pldt Fiber. Kadamihan sa mga upset na tao eh Dsl plan.

    Samantalang sya konti lang dagdag 100 mbps na. Takteng pldt to. [emoji23]

    Bros- it is because the complete acronym is ADSL - or Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line.

    Meaning hindi pareho (o asymmetric) ang speed ng download at upload...

    And with limited bandwidth, 'by design' usually, mabagal/mababa ang upload vs sa download, as much more information is taken (downloaded) from the net....

    Their lounge in HK is way way better, space, food choices and amenities, than the lounge of Delta in Narita...

    I cannot compare the lounge of Singapore Airlines in SG since not a frequent flyer of this airline....
