Happy last night coz I help somebody na nahulog sa Tricycle medyo may edad na School Teacher sa Grace Academy... Dinala ko sa pinakamalapit na hospital sa Banaue but the Bad thing nadinig ko pinag uusapan nang mga staff ko namatay daw yung matanda pagpasok ko ngayong umaga.
Punta ako agad sa Grace Academy para malaman kung totoo ngang namatay na pero mali pala ang balita Critical pa lang sa ICU... Hoping makasurvived yung matandang teacher.
Bad Feeling kung namatay... PRAYING!

So happy I decided to get my aircon fixed at Ceejays. I didn't really plan on getting it done today and went there for a quotation. Never ko na-experience ang ganun kalamig sa 15yr old car siguro since nung bago pa siya. Totoo mga nabasa ko sa Tsikot about them. Excellent customer service, sakto ang presyo and very friendly and professional staff. Bait pa ng owner. 👍☝

From P18,300 got it down to P17,300. Dapat nga nasa 16k + lang but last minute had to replace thermostat switch.
Compressor finally gave in 2-3 weeks ago. Was told about this by a previous mechanic who noticed that it would give in soon and needed to be replaced a few months back when I had other repairs done on the car. Just didn't have it done before kasi magsasabay sabay ang gastos. Besides meron pa naman ako nagagamit na other car and at the time, bearable naman ang lamig niya.

after 3 days of drastically changing lifestyle because of diabetes and high blood, I'm finally getting some good result. by BP from 150/100 is now down to 130/90, which is still high. My sugar from as high as 400, I was able to get it down to 128, which is still high too, but improvements none the less.
what I did, stopped eating carbo /sugar and lessen sodium. so basically everything taste like paper. also at least 30 minutes stationary bike a day. I miss a lot of food, pasta, pizza, mocha Frap, etc. I hope I find the will and the strength to continue this lifestyle.
