I cannot compare the lounge of Singapore Airlines in SG since not a frequent flyer of this airline....

My oldest kid landed a full-time job at the VA. Sure, she starts out at a fairly low GS pay grade. But, once she graduates, there are so many opportunities for her from within the system to move to a much higher pay grade. She already outdid me when I was her age. So, I'm very happy. I only have one more kid to worry about.

I'm glad my oldest kid is now in the (civil service) system at an early age. She's pretty much in it for life. She already laid claim to the house because she knows she's not going anywhere.

Now, if she would only buy her own car and get her own insurance. My standing with the insurance company has been plummeting because of her. I mean, my record with the insurance company by myself has been immaculate. But, between the wife and my kid? Geeez. Women and cars! Ugh.

Happy because I have learned so much from the past week! Primarily kung paano mag-exercise ng due diligence sa pag-bili ng lote, kung paano mag-transfer ng land title, and all that. Got it first hand experience. Thankful na I had to learn all these things! Ayaw na namin kumuha ng taga-lakad eh, besides na tipid pa, I get to learn at the same time. Oras lang talaga puhunan mo, punta sa Registry of Deeds, BIR RDO, tsaka sa Munisipyo. Really glad that I am able to learn the process at a very young age of 22. hehehe personal achievement na yun on my part

Ang tipid sa highway, from Mintal to Lanang computer display gave me 19.2km/L.

Annoying lang yung sound ng gulong. Dinig na dinig sa loob. Whereas sa monty ko wala. Anyway thanks, its fun to drive at matipid. Madaling linisin kasi maliit. Ako na mag di detail nito.[emoji7] [emoji7]
