Stupid BP monitor. It showed my BP was elevated this morning but when I went to the clinic, it is normal. But I feel strange with a ringing between my ears and discomfort on my shoulder blades. Doctor told me what I expected - diet and exercise.

hindi man lang ako ininvite sa kasal ng kakilala ko kahapon...but oh well, pumasok na lang ako sa work (just like a normal day)

I hate going to weddings, you go spend money on a suit or a barong, then on the reception, the caterer that serves the food will just give you a morsel, Wow tipid!!! BAD trip, di kapantay ng price ng rental ko na coat and tie..kuya 3500 calories a day po maintanance ko ...Sorry, just ranting

I still dont need that pill, thats why i keep my sugar in check, one effect of diabetes and high BP is erectile dysfunction.

hahaha. medyo bad trip lang ako kasi nagkasama kami for some time pero lumipat siya sa ibang place. hindi nga lang kami close.

Badtrip dahil dumaan ako sa Lakefront. Yes, open to public dumaan dito palabas sa amin. Then kanina bagong release H100 ko so ginala muna namin. Then nung dumaan ako i didn't bother to slow down sa part na may guard dahil lagi ako nadaan don. Then may guard na paharang sa akin i slowed down a bit and didn't stop. Sumgaw ng Hoy! Wtf some people these days, they discrimnate you based on what you drive. Anyways, dadaan ako ulit bukas don. Gagamitin ko yung Starex tatanong ko kung bawal ba dumaan don.
