Sir, app for my fitbit blaze, its snyced with myfitness pal, it has a large database of food, including filipino staples. Input the weight, then it shows the macros, once i reach my protein quota, i allow myself to eat somejunk as long as i stay in a deficit

That would come in handy because my wife cooks a lot of PH dishes. Can you adjust the calorie values? I like to lean toward the worst case values. For example, steamed rice. I keep mine at 240 cal.

    This is on Android? Correct?

My problem where I am is it's so dry (very low humidity) I don't really want to eat. My body wants to drink liquids all the time. I constantly have a tall glass of ice and water with me. I have to force myself to eat sometimes. I find it hard to eat when my stomach doesn't growl at me.

Yes, you can adjust the values, it also depends on the rice, if youre in the states its easier, almost all grocery items has a barcode, the app has one, enjoy

I also need to force myself to eat, I do I.F. everyday. I cram 1800-2200 calories in only 6-8hrs Thats my eating window.

honestly.... will you exercise 'til you sweat salt... eat like a rabbit... commute instead of drive car... walk instead of taking the tricycle or neighborhood jeepney....., if they tell you to do it in their ads?
health-related ads are already all over the place, assaulting our senses.
all that is needed to make it work, is our cooperation.
    sir.

Buttom line sir, its a choice of being proactive vs being reactive, others choose a sendentary lifestyle or an active one, others will still argue about seeking to have "long life" is not in up to us coz its already pre-destined

    "pre-destined..."
whatever happened to "God helps those who help themselves" ?

with all due respect to these "others", sir...
if we leave it to destiny and not use our science, half of us would have been dead already before age 40.

    heh heh.

    that's not "destiny" !
    that's "tempting destiny" !

it seems that for today's youth, destiny is the good life. and going against destiny is the "painful life".
painful, because in order to lengthen your life, you have to be a bit hungry most of the time.
