Super bad trip!! 2 months ago we were able to get a promo ticket cebu-davao-cebu for p1,700 only. It's a week before the trip but something came up and i need to move my departure a day later than the rest of the group so i'll be missing the Pearl Farm overnight stay... But worst, i have to pay additional p7,800 for one way!! (

What i did though was to keep the contractors informed on the status on when the payment may POSSIBLY be released and we also did partial releases as items become cleared

It will work if there is an ongoing construction or activity.

However, in almost all of the cases that I know of,- the goods (equipment, spare parts, material etc) or services (repair, PM, transport, seminar etc),- have already been delivered (in full).....

[OTHERS: One of the more prominent property developers,- their subcontractors fund the project. The property developer only provide the concept and the name... And these subcontractors are paid only, when the units are sold...]

That's what exactly is happening, bro. Pahabaan na lang talaga ng pisi, and add those providers that really drops the prices so they can get a chance to get in.

On the positive side, the bank prefers quality of service rather than cheap but unreliable service providers.

And then, I waited for a few weeks for things to settle down....

Try antihistamines (anti allergy) like Allerta. Just use the recommended dosage. It's non-addicitve.
