Dapat may QD spray ka sa car kikay kit mo.

Bwisit na BPI and GLobe hindi ko alam san na punta ang bayad ko last month hindi nawala ang bill ko last month para sa globe nag bayad naman ako online at may confirmation... panay ang sabi ng BPI na they are working on it may second bill na naman nag ka interest tuloy...ampotah talaga

I don't know what the heck he does the whole day. 1 hr before the end of work he starts on the report that he was supposed to finish in the morning. I don't check his reports anymore since he's been doing it for almost 3 mos. Then we got an email from head office of the errors in his report that were just pure negligence. Shinort cut! May mga items na ni roll forward lang! WOW! Head office sent an email CC AVP, Direct manager and myself. I cannot help but feel responsible for him. I apologised for his errors. I am lost for words!!! Now my direct manager is asking me if we should replace him. I told her to give him until Q1. Pag di pa nagbago he will probably not get a raise and performance bonus.

Yan ba yung noon mo pa kinukuwento? Na panay absent and panay reklamo pag inutusan?

I don't get what you guys are thinking for still sparing him and giving him chances. Hindi na ata siya ang may problema, kayo na ata? Hehe

Wala ako time mag car wash today. Pwede deretso QD ko mamaya pag uwi ko? Pag bukas ko cinarwash maninigas na ba yun? Punong puno yung hood, roof and trunk. Clear white akala ko rain droplets.

Yup it's the same person. Hirap kasi friend na namin pero hindi siya okay ka trabajo.

Tree sap can make a permanent blemish on the paint. Why not just rinse it off when you get home.

Our AVP told me he plans to leave next year I was not able to contain myself and I cried I don't think I could have another AVP as kind as the one we have now. I am scared of how I will perform at work without him mentoring me. He was also very understanding of my tardiness and absences but I promised myself magtitino na ko because I do not want to abuse him.

Yan ang mahirap pag sobrang bait and magaling, natatambakan. Our VP and directors tinatambakan siya ng work and I noticed that he is overworked. Mga walang pakiramdam talaga mga upper management! They don't notice that he NEVER leaves work before 6 pm. They don't notice that he always takes his lunch at his desk and has dinner at 8 or 9 pm. Pag umalis AVP namin mapipilay sila. It's all their fault.

I really pray it won't happen soon. I don't want to lose my mentor
