    I love thai bagoong rice kasi subtle lang and it has eggs and green mango and it's meant to be eaten with ulam talaga. I like it with pandan chicken. Now I am craving thai. I want pad thai and pomelo salad and papaya salad too!

    i eat it without ulam,
    so that the taste may not be masked by the ulam.

    Nag positive husband ng niece ko just now, kasama pa naman kami the whole day last week Saturday and Sunday, he started to have symptoms last Thursday, yung 2 year old daughter niya may fever na, yung nephew ko naman na isa na kasama din namin last Sunday may cough and sore throat din that started last Wednesday but hindi nagpa swab test, f*¢k na stress na ako tuloy that feel ko I'm having a sore throat.

    buy pito-pito tea sa supermarket, mercury drug, Inumin mo sa gabi at umaga. tatlong teabag sa isang baso tubig. Ganyan katapang dapat. Yan ang go to herbal ko way back pa 1990s pag nalalasing ako pag madami naisuka.

    Huling nakainom ako nyan year 2012 or 2013 kasi nakakain ako ng lumangcheese grabe hinid ako mataeh puro hangin as in hirap lumabas nanghihna ako sakit ng tiyan. Once nakainom ako pito-pito ang bilis ng improvement. May something jan sa 7kinds of herbs pag nacombine.

    I started to feel things after I found out too. But one thing you can do though, 3-5 days after feeling any symptoms is to have a swab done just for peace of mind. I may be wrong but, I know covid symptoms don’t resolve overnight.

    The pulmo of my second Mom prescribed betadine (among others) when she had covid symptoms (fever, sore throat and cough) Betadine throat spray thrice a day tapos nag add pa ko betadine gargle

    Kapag lalabas nga ako ng bahay I gargle with betadine

    Took lianhua and gargled orahex and sprayed difflam, hope everything will be OK and no symptoms, asthmatic pa naman kami.
