    So the mother of my 2nd cousin died, then one of her family who have access to her Facebook messenger used that mother's account and sent a picture of the coffin and the dead inside. It's probably the son. No message or anything, just the picture of the dead.

    Told my Mom to buy everything na sa S&R last Tue e too early daw so now I'm back and there is no parking. I am so stressed out!!!!

    This is sale levels line! Next time I will stand my ground sa Mom ko that I'm not going anywhere before xmas

    My December BPI CC has an annual membership fee. I think this is on it's 3rd year.

    Sabi ng RM, free daw ito for 3 years, but just in case, it can be waived by request daw. Plan ko sana pa terminate na rin to avoid annual fees, kaso naunahan ako.

    How do you get yours waived? BECC call center or thru your RM?

    Btw, is this a year end charge or an upfront charge for next year?

    Annual fees are upfront charge for the following year.

    BPI card ko never had an AF since 2012. Swerte

    it might not be an automatic waver.
    it must be requested every time.

    same tayo. I've had my BPI cc for more than a decade and this is the first time I was charged A/F. I think it's because I am not using my card anymore (except for ADAs like Netflix and Epass)

    I called the hotline and I was shocked na they did not want to waive it and offered 12 months zero interest on my AF. I find it insulting na they think I need 12 mos to pay annual fee when I never even revolved my card (I pay full outstanding balance) Minsan hindi na nagiisip mga call center agents. I told them I will close all my accounts in BPI if they don't waive the AF so the agent said she will make a request for reversal, but when I checked my CC yesterday I did not see a reversal so I contacted my RM.

    Hindi ko maclose CC ko dahil nga sa mga ADA ko. Hassle pa magpa change ng card number uiit.

    That's the AF which starts on your next billing cycle for 1 year.

    Actually, binayaran ko na kanina lang, pwede naman siguro nila reverse, pero kung ikaw na deny, pano na lang ang isang slapsoil tulad ko. Mapa cut na lang kung ayaw nila, pero before December next year dapat ano?

    Pina ayos ko yung wires ng busina ng vios pati relay at pinadadan ko din sa fuse box yung linya. Kinailangan ibaba yung harap. Dun sa R systems sa West gate.

    After few uses ang ingay na ng fan pag nag fan yung aircon. Mukhang may mga hindi naibalik na screws sabi ng BIL ko. Pag hinawakan mo at diniin yung fan nawawala yung ingay. Hindi ako marunong sa sasakyan pero iniisip ko pano nadamay yung fan at lumuwag? Or baka yung kinakabitan ng fan ang lunawag.

    Bad trip lang tagal hindi nagamit dahil wala busina. Nung nakabitan ng busina eh ilang gamit lang at hindi ulit magamit.

    Yung gen2. Sira na daw fan. My BIL brought it to his friend and bought a fan and replaced it, ayos na. Dami ko na gastos.

    Mahirap pala pag hindi nagagamit. Dami nasisira. Nasira yata yung relay ng busina kaya pina ayos ko wire at relay, tapos crack lahat ng gulong kaya palit yung 4 na gulong. Ngayon naman fan. Eto yata uubos ng 13th month ko eh. [emoji23]

    during the course of my vacation leaves.. i lost 3 developers.. tapos ngayon nagatatanong HQ bakit daw.. eh ayaw nila pag WFH.. mauubos talaga yan..

    dito sa opis.. masyado takot sa PEZA.. by Feb daw wala na kami sa PEZA so by that time pwede na daw mag WFH.. kaso wala na tao nag resign na lahat..

    Yung cliente namin, gusto rin ako i-pirate. Pero I turned down the offer kasi RTO na sila. Currently 3x a week pero magiging 4x pa yata. Eh dito sa current ko, WFH pa rin kami.

    Swerte, my request to waive the AF was approved yesterday. Hirap tumawag dahil may issue ang BPI, so I emailed, surprised na in 1 hour may reply na approved for reversal on next billing [emoji847]
