Bakit ka badtrip today? - banhammered yung account ko sa reddit. HAHAHAHA ******* ip at device ban pa
depende sa weight, petite ka kasi kaya more than enough na sayo ang 3 liters. Ako kasi I can drink 1 liter in one meal, e I eat twice a day, dun pa lang 2 liters na
I wish I could get rid of my sugar addiction, ang lakas maka bata, puti at kinis ng keto
sa reddit I lurk yung mga kung ano lang recommend sakin na topic but I never signed up kasi nalilito ako sa interface nila, wala kasi avatar kaya ang hirap i follow ng replies
sa mobile app pwede ka na maglagay ng avatar! sa simula nga medyo nakakalito UI/UX dahil iba sa typical na nakasanayan nating message boards. pero after a while nakasanayan ko na rin haha mas madali siya gamitin sa mobile app. pag sa desktop ka naman punta ka sa settings tapos select opt out of redesign, para yung easy to use na old interface ang ibigay sayo.
Actually Cathy, andaming post ng before and after pics sa mga FB keto groups and you won't believe there's a lot of beauty hiding under all those fat. Ang lupit ng transformation.

The hoops one has to go through just to get a simple outpatient procedure done is infuriating.

My son had 2 ingrown toenails. After sucking it up since last October we finally decided it was worth the risk and have them removed.
So before we can use our HMO we have to have Philhealth approved. Now since he's a dependent we have to get a signed copy from HR. It's a weekend so no go. I said screw it I'll just pay for Philhealth's share.
The HMO daw requires PCR. They gave me a choice of results in 6 hours, 24 hours, or 2 days. Now the Doc said the results should only take a few mins. I went back to the nurse and she said it should just be antigen. After some heated discussion I found out that HMOs will only reimburse PCR but antigen is shouldered by the patient. So I said f*** it I'll pay for that too.
So after all that back and forth we finally made it to the OR where the Doc was already wondering what took us so long or maybe the patient chickened out. 15 mins later and the procedure was done.
It would have been quicker if all options were explained at the beginning. I know some patients want to maximize their benefits but some are willing to pay just to expedite the process.
My brother only laughed at me when I told him what we went through. He said that's nothing to how Philhealth treats doctors. It has come to a point where they don't expect to get paid by Philhealth anymore. Any credit is just seen as a blessing.

Nice story, like reading a short novel, you don't know what will happen in the end. I thought after those expenses the protagonist wouldn't have his ingrown removed and would have to wait for next week after all. At least in the end it's a happy ending. 9 out of 10, will watch again. [emoji23]
