Hirap talaga affected ang building namin, AC system is water cooled (cooling tower) so pag wala water ayun wala din aircon. The toilets din nag suffer na hehe. Hanggang kailan ba ito?

On a brighter side naisip ko mas mahirap pa din pala yung mga nasa construction, bilad ka na sa init manual labor ka pa.

there are 3 big dams supplying Metro Manila, La Mesa, Anggat and Ipo dam. Anggat is 200++ meters, Ipo is above normal pa din mag 250++ meters.

now La Mesa is down daw 68. something meters, 69 is the minimum. in the news, they said La Mesa is the lowest in 12 years. so they posted pics of La Mesa Dam today na parang drying up . the question bakit may mga damo dun sa picture na super dry pa meaning matagal na dried up ang La Mesa. in the news, they said kaya dried up ang La Mesa coz wala daw rains since December 2018 sa QC and Novaliches area

but the thing, the back-up of La Mesa dam is Anggat, and the backup of Anggat is Ipo. La Mesa can just ask for supply of water from Anggat. nasa SOP Yan ng gobyerno.

pero they'd rather sensationalise the issue. why?

I can think of two things:

- if there is artificial shortage of water supply in Manila, tendency of people is to store more water. hence, mas mataas ang billing starting March to May. so a lot of money comes in, not for the Ayala or Maynilad group but the dams na din coz it's owned by the govt.

- if there is widespread fear of shortage of water, yun mga currently tumatakbo sa elections can do some grandstanding sa mga constituents, ie. bigla magkakatubig or magpapadala ng mga refilling stations


at eto pa, uls. aside for those 3 big dams. another backup for our water is Laguna Bay Itself.

pero advise ko sa inyo, mag-ipon na kayo ng tubig. we did na. Kasi Nga andyan na ang narrative eh, everybody will jump in sooner or later. eh I support the govt naman para manalo ang mga kandidato natin, so yun lang wag ka lang matsambahan mapatayan ng tubig, tapos nagmamadali ka diba
