Is there something wrong with PLDT 171? Di ako maka create ng repair request, pati sa PLDT app. And unlike dati wala nang customer service na sasagot.
Nag open ako ng repair ticket nung Monday, ngayong Friday closed na ang ticket ng walang resolution. I messaged the Facebook page, even sent an email sa kanila. Wala. I have to go to PLDT pa to Re open the repair request. Laking hassle.

Yup. Wala ng makausap na tao.
I was supposed to request for our bill to be deducted of the amount we had no service (2 weeks) That's 50% off our bill, pero puro machine naman sumasagot. Sa FB naman daming complaints na ilang oras daw aabutin sa PLDT office. So I just gave up.
This is what I hate about living in a third world country, wala talagang customer focus mga companies.
So let me sum it up. Wala na silang customers support, tinanggal maraming subcontractors. Pati sa email walang support din reply.
It seems they are dropping the ball on customer support. It looks like repairs would be a headache from now on. Bad trio Kaka pirma pa lang naman namin ng 3 years lock in period.

That's why I am praying hard that nothing goes wrong with our line because mine took 2 weeks to repair considering na kinapalan ko na mukha ko and asked 2 friends from separate departments to help me. I'm copied sa email kaya alam ko they really did their best to help. Paano pa kaya pag walang kakilala

And with PLDT, if you're lucky to get hold of someone and request for refund, it is subject for approval pa.
In short, you have to call again and see if your request got approved.
And if it's still pending you have to call a third, fourth or fifth time, until magsawa ka na.
As if you have nothing better to do than to keep caling them.![]()
Went to PLDT sa Mall kanina. Ganun pala dapat para walang waiting. Opening pa lang ng mall nandun na kami. 2nd customer kagad kami.
Sabi ng staff hindi naman daw na close ang ticker ko. Ganun daw talaga yun hindi na mapa follow up sa 171. I asked pano ang follow up. Pupunta daw ulit sa PLDT shop At matagalan daw talaga resolution ngayon. And they also told us na pede naman ibawas daw sa bill, yun nga lang pupunta ka ulit sa PLDT pagka resolve nung repair. And yup the lady confirmed na wala na nga tao sa 171.
I hope they resolve this customer support soon. Kung hindi baka lumipat kami sa Globe.

Swerte mo. Unfortunately, I am incapable of waking up early in the morning. Yung nearest PLDT office sa bahay namin, sobrang daming tao, kasi I have an FB friend who posted that it took him several hours in line and just gave up and went home.
Does PLDT plan to keep up with this level of "service"? Magaalisan talaga subscribers nila. Wala na sila balak mag hire ng call center agents at technicians? Siguro ako I will just retain our landline and worst case scenario switch to Converge. I've been hearing a lot of positive feedback on Converge kasi.
Nagmamatigas si mvp. Technically, wala ata sa capex nila ang maghire nang tao by bulk ngayong taon. Kaso nabigla sila sa decision nang dole.
I have a feeling, bibitawan ito ni salim if this goes on.
