BTT My German boss promised he will do something about my problem tapos bigla nagbago ihip ng hangin!!!!
what did he do? My German boss said he will raise my "issue" to his boss. Tapos kanina nagbago ihip ng hangin. Give it 2 weeks daw baka magbago. NOT! Anyway I don't wanna push it kasi he said my AVP should be the one to handle it (which is true) My AVP naman ang sabi sakin, it's a test my leadership skills daw. I don't even wanna be fcking leader. I just wanna be left in peace with my job.
And to make things worse, natanggal yung swelas ng sapatos na binili ko sa 168. I never learn![]()

I deal a lot with people from other departments kasi. Usual politics, may depts na magka conflict. Pag nag step in yun big boss, ako naman unang nakikita
But my AVP and German Boss are really really nice to me. I don't think I could find any other boss like that. May trauma na kasi ako sa bad boss. That was the reason why I gave up my job in my dream company. Tapos tagal kong hindi nakapagwork ulit

Looking back,- we would always ask ourselves,- "How did I spend the best years of my life???"
If the boss is really good,- he/she should cover everything,- work relationship, opportunities(promotion/travel/training/well-being), financial rewards for his/her subordinates (and in some, their dependents, too).....
I know that there are structures in the organization,- but everything is negotiable and can be persuasively discussed.....

If it were solely up to my German boss, my career would have been very successful na. I appreciate that he does all that he can. He gives me good projects and builds me up with upper mgt. Unfortunately, when it comes to promotion, we are deliberated against other departments. My boss admits that our dept is not favored since we are not profit generating. Also, he is not supposed to handle people issues. That is the job of my AVP. Regarding financial rewards, I work in a large MNC and mgt can only do so much. They can't just implement new financial benefits or rewards. It has to be across the board
But I started applying na. I am very disappointed with our mgt (except for German boss). They are really driving people away. Mass exodus kami for 2015. They are overworking people. When one person leaves, they don't replace and just distribute the work. And when they do hire, they have low standards, making things difficult for tenured employees.

Well,- I guess it depends from one MNC to another...
Whether you're enabling, generating, operations or support personnel, we have special ladders (position and compensation) for a. technical, b. global and c. mission-critical people...
