BT1 - heavy traffic along ZapAlab Rd at around 530pm today. TEs kept intersections open though BUT
BT2 - vehicles blocked the emergency entrance of Perpetual Help Hospital. Again traffic not moving.... Took me a few minutes to be able to squeeze between vehicles....
BT3 - needed to go to SM Hypermarket to buy some items while scheduled checkup of a family member is ongoing... Took me 45 minutes to travel approx 300 meters. Ooh well...
BT4 - Already was hungry and just parked when wifey called asking me to go back as medical checkup is done. No chance for a cup of coffee...
BT5 - heavy traffic again, but manageable this time. Opposite lane counterflowed and blocked the emergency entrance of the hospital again. Their traffic was not moving.....I have to squeeze into four layers of vehicles this time... Hayyyzzzxx....

Good check up results... Sulit ang pagod ko...

Thank you for that information bro. Again,- there wasn't enough early notice for the motorists.... They could have planned a different route,- or in our case we could have scheduled the medical check up on a different day.

Singapore is just so hot and humid, bro. And worse,- it usually rains in the afternoon; That is why the kids (and I, too) - like HK better..... For business travel,- no choice...

Wild quinoa is 450/3kg from my supplier. I cook 60gm(dry weight) per serving. So I get 50 meals in healthy lol.

Still better than 1kilo lettuce lol that is good for 3-5 servings.

I can't afford to eat lettuce anymore! It's way too expensive. Here's the price of Quinoa at the supermarket.
