Im not a doctor but it could be the smoking that is restricting your lungs to breathe air. Also check your BP to make sure you are ok.

I was also a smoker, a pack/day 1 year ago but I'm now healthy living. maraming smokers ang nag quit, dahil may will to quit. nakayanan ko kaya mo din yan bro... Goodluck

just realized you're a dr. with all due respect doc, there's no issue here whether he's paying sin tax as along as he can afford it but you're right when you said he'll or probably is sick already ( i hope not) and i agree smoker looks matanda na (sorry ). Hehe

Not really. You can place that MD sign behind the windshield or hang that white coat where it is visible inside the car so you can be exempted from coding or can cross red lights.
