2 lang ang solutions dyan, palakasan o lagay para gumalaw. Normally 1 week the most lang dapat meron ng result yang permit , either approve or some items needed for requirement. Kaya tumatagal dahil sadyang pinatutulog para maglagay ang applicant. Happened to me in one of the city south of the metro but i have someone on top to push their heads when i noticed it ain't moving, after 2 days, labas agad ang permit.

Nasaan ba yung Tuwid na Daan at walang corruption ???
