no, i am not stalking you. you promised us of your "legal opinion" in the manny pacquiao thread and up to now you continue to renege on that promise. you gave me jurisprudence inapplicable to the issue on same *** marriage and religious freedom. i digested the cases you gave me that you said "prove your point" and posted my legal opinion.
you give us the impression that you're a lawyer but i have a strong suspicion that you're not. you labeled my citation of the constitutional principle of inviolability of church and state as "DOCTRINALLY WRONG." you had the temerity to say that. so, give us your legal opinion because i am not gonna stop to ask you until you have the decency to render it.

By the way, Juan, since i really wanna make fun of you. I will render the opinion via PM to someone who has the right to receive it. With a ps to post it via thread if he wants to share it. Lol
Or you could wait until the likes of Safra, et al is bashing me IRL. Lol
you post your legal opinion in the pacquiao thread because that was where you promised that you would render it.
remember, nobody has asked you for it. it was you, on your own initiative, who said that you would give it. under pain of being called a liar, you are obligated to post it there.
Hi, sorry to butt in, but I'm just curious, why is it such a big deal that b9904 never followed through with his legal opinion?
Under his own initiative, he said that he'll give it. I think that likewise, he can also choose not to. This is, after all, just a forum.
It's been several days since that spat between you two and I'm genuinely wondering why you can't seem to let it go. I'd just like to understand the objective of the whole thing.
If you think that he's a liar, that's fine. But to continue this personal vendetta across several threads isn't something I'd expect from someone of your stature.
If you feel that he's no lawyer (as you've stated in the other thread), and that you don't honor the opinion of non-lawyers, that's fine too. I don't think he's even bothering to argue with you anymore with whatever you think of him. Keep in mind though that this is a car forum, where 99% of posters are not lawyers. Yet, they still have the right to express their thoughts on the matter. If you think their opinions are stupid, you can opt to ignore it, or perhaps even say your piece about it, but ultimately move on. Again, it's been several days across several threads.
Hope you can explain to me and everyone else who might be following this drama so we can better understand why you couldn't just let it go.

1) the cases of estrada vs. escritor, imbong vs. ochoa, diocese of bacolod vs. comelec, he said, are the cases that "prove his point" that my post in pacquiao thread regarding separation of church and state is "doctrinally wrong" and my understanding of the principle is "impaired." i read all these cases. to say that these cases are voluminous is an understatement. to be honest, i spent a whole night reading them only to find he was only bluffing.
2) after reading those cases, the next day i gave and posted my opinion about them, and i asked him to come out with his.
3) yes, this is a car forum. but, this is not just a mere car forum. there are respectable people here who are entitled to know the truth or the lies that are being foisted in their midst. this is not the place to denigrate people or their opinion, especially so if he cannot give his own, the opinion he promised them to give.
4) there are people here who spend a considerable amount of their time, and, in fairness to them, this forum should not be used as an avenue to spread false, wrong, and misleading information.
5) at the outset, i asked him point blank if he is a lawyer because if he is not, i will not engage much less argue with him concerning finer points of the law. he did not answer me categorically but only gave me a ran around all the while pretending or giving me the impression that he is. now, in "what was the last thing you purchased" thread, he made the impression that he had a knife and there was a check point. he talked about PD 1602. this presidential decree issued by marcos is a decree that penalizes illegal gambling. how could PD 1602 be applicable to possession of deadly weapon like a knife? and what did he say to me? he expected, or to that effect, kakagat daw ako sa PD 1602 niya. where does it coming from?
6) in pacquiao thread, this guy made some arguments and representations. somebody called his attention about them. he retorted they were his legal opinions. during our exchanges, he called non-lawyers as laymen. these are lawyers' buzzwords. the reason why i asked him whether he is one. there, i pointed out to him where in his posts that he rendered a legal opinion. finding that he did not, he promised he would give it later. as i said earlier, after burning the midnight candle, digesting the jurisprudence he gave me, i produced mine. until now he has not delivered yet on his promise.
7) if somebody misrepresents he is lawyer but he is not, that is egregious, if not criminal. the legal profession and the public should be protected from that impostor. and, as a prosecutor, i think it is my duty to do that.
8 ) lastly, i value, honor, and respect anyone's opinion even if it is contrary to mine; otherwise, i won't bother to comment at all. it is the opinion of impostors that i can't.
thank you very much for this opportunity.
