OB's style is he always uses himself or his life as an example in trying to get his point across

he also cites examples that are not exactly the best examples (funny when he does that)

parents get old, and with old age, they feel that thier bodies are getting weaker. Kaya the more they get older, the more they get irritable. add to that,cbec of their pressures in life, they too made unhealthy habits that's contributing to some ailments that they are feeling now but also hiding from you. Kaya nga ako pag may free time, i tend to watch cooking channels, mag-learn lang to provide healthy food for them hangga't makakaya ko. One time, I treated them sa isang buffet, and their bp shot up. Tpos makikita mo sila, they will buy their own medicines minsan maintenance pa. Sobrang disheartening talaga na eto yun parents mo who took care of you alll your life, pag may ubo ka karipas sila sa mercury, tapos pag may sakit sila at hirap makalakad, they fend for themselves.

I'm saying this bec. Mali din yun mag pundar ka kagad sa sarili mo, the tendency is maging makasarili ka and also mayabang. Take care of your parents first, yun mga hindi nila na-experience, if not pamper them. I think that's the best way to continue what they started, hindi yun pera/pagkakakitaan ang iisipin kagad.

I meant he married lower than his socio economic status kasi why would he need to help or why would his in laws abuse his generosity unless his in laws are not well off.
