Bad trip yun ah. It's one thing to plan the estate to minimize problems/hassles when the eventuality comes, it's another story kung ngayon pa lang, hinihingi na.

I have so many cousins that just stay at home living off of their parents, the worst ones are living off of my 85 year old Lola! I really do not call that a life.

marami ng parents na giangawa bumibili na lang ng malaking lot and then lahat ng anak and their families may kanya-kanyang bahay s compound...

a buddy of mine since grade school ganun set up nila...they bought an 7 or 8k squaremeters sa isang subdivision then nagpagawa na lang sila magkakapatid ng bahay sa compound nila...then yun parents nila meron din sariling baha...

kapatid naman ng lola ko ganun din style, they built a 20+ floor building...top 4 floors sila gumagamit then the rest of the units eh binenta...so lahat ng anak at pamilya doon na rin sama-sama nakatira...

Mas common yan with my Chinoy friends. Ultimo bahay sa Dasma at Wack Wack, compound style ang ginawa (creative design/layout nalang to get by the association rules/limitations).

Hirap minsan ng ganyan if you ask me... that may lead to squabbles later on. One reason why my siblings and i don't live in the same house (save for my younger bro who's still single and stays with me) is because we all feel the need for our own private space and lives. We also look forward to seeing each other more now that we have our own places.
