Not always. Pero kadalasan may 'usual suspects na' based on history, PE, incidence, demographics, etc.

Very expensive lang talaga ang medicine made by multinational company dito sa pinas, but sometimes it helps kung suki mo na yung doctor. they will prescribe cheaper equivalent and will even tell you where to buy, like for example, yund pediatrician namin nagreseta ng antibiotic...Prednisone or something yata...made in india...only cost 499pesos per small bottle..and when i asked sa mercury drug..it costs 1000pesos.
