ang problema kasi, kapag mga local officials ang involved, the witnesses or the abused refuse to name names. or, kung na-identify naman, di na natin alam kung ano ang nangyari, kasi bigla na lang may lalabas na "mas" controversial na issue to divert the public's attention.

but we should also remember that MGen Garcia and Maj Ramos did not get their rank for nothing -

i agree that the afp is in bad light nowadays. i just hope all will be resolved and justice be served.

and to whoever gave that tape to the media, alam ko na may hidden agenda ka. magkano ba natanggap mo?

invite ka namin sa grand EB ng tsikot para sagot mo maski sampung case ng beer at pulutan cyempre. malaki yata natanggap mo eh.
