Sa aking pag-aaral eh healthy pala ang bagoong. Mabantot lang pero kung maganda sa kalusugan eh ayos.
Sa usapang fermented eh kanya kanya bansa may sarili gawa.
Kasi ang korea meron kimchi
Ang russia eh sauerkraut.
europe naman cheese.
Dito pinas eh bagoong. So ang tanong ko ano ok na bagoong = hipon, alamang or isda? And ano brand na sikat and walang preservatives/vetsin.

okay pala kung ayon sa pag-aaral mo healty ang bagoong. acquired taste din yan, mabantot if hindi nakasanayan.
its either bagoong isda or alamang (hipon). marami sa supermarket yan bro. sa preservative naman, its fermented using a lot of salt kaya lahat may preservative. using vetsin? none that i know. if fermented well, bagoong will have that natural umami taste[emoji4]

salamat for correcting me. So alamang pala is small shrimp. Akala ko crab kasi kasound ng alimasag yung alamang.
Tumigin kasi ako sa robinsons magnolia kasi dito ako malapit. Yung brand na nacheck ko meron sa ingredients na monosodium glutamate. Magcheck nga ako sa landmark and hitop baka mas marami choices.
Kung natural preservative like sea salt or rock salt ok sa akin yan.
