    di uso ang 13th month pay sa estados unidos :cry2:

    when i started working my very first holiday "bonus" was a turkey! yes, the bird tuwang tuwa pa ako nun

    now i have a little bit better incentive plan than that ;) pero performance based nga din...plus, paid out in march pa :crying: and the options are even worse - they take 3 years to vest :seeth:

    Some would be spending sa minor house renovations and save on the rest, still ongoing pa negotiations with kumander if tuloy yung new car, di bale I just wrote Santa a letter

    Bonus time....yes, the only time I have extra cash.

    1/3 goes to relatives and friends
    1/3 to charity
    1/3 sa family ko

    ewan ko...peste...taxable pala 13th month sa nilipatan kong call center hay...

    kalahati na nga lang makukuha ko(6 mos pa lang ako) ni-tax pa...labo di naman daw ganun dati

    pati un dalawang call center na pinagtrabahuhan ko before di naman taxable

    hindi ko na naman mahahawakan yung bonus ko. kasi si misis eh kinukuha na agad sa wallet ko atm ko pag malapit na swelduhan. pero isasave daw namin yung parehong bonus namin sa bank para me pera kami pambili ng plane ticket pauwi ng pinas (3 tickets ang kelangan namin eh )at yung iba eh allowance namin pag andyan na kami.

    ahahaha, pareho pala tayo. i used to get a frozen turkey also, pero di sa thanksgiving, sa Christmas.

    Siguro naman, lahat ng Pinas based Tsikoteers natin, makaka-receive ng Bonus at 13th month this coming Holidays. Walang uuwing luhaan...........

    Di ba lahat naman ng salaries may tax pati 13th? Baka naman dati shino-shoulder lang nung company yung tax? May work around ba yun?
