I actually was the one about to exit the non-ambulance lane of the e-pass toll when it actually turned turtle. Condolence to the patient and his relatives.
News came 2 hours late to be honest, enough time for me to submit my statement in the police station and for the ambulance to be towed back to Bicutan.
Yung teller natulala at napaupo na lang after eh, tapos blood all over the ambulance na.
Drive safe everyone, especially this Holiday Season.

^^^ Grabe pala bro. raon....

December 29th, 2010 12:17 PM #28I just watched the TV report of GMA...
I don't know but who actually owns the ambulance?? Was it borrowed?? It seems like the ambulance was borrowed from some group in Batangas and the driver is NOT (repeat, NOT) the regular driver of said ambulance...
They shouldn't have allowed this...
Oh well we're all smarter in retrospect...

Dapat ata they should regulate Ambulances. May iba diyan di talagang ambulance ang specs...
The ambulance is owned by the PKI Employees Welfare Union, a private company based in Lipa, Batangas and an affiliate of AKBAYAN Party List.
According to Somco head of special projects and operations Ed Nepomuceno, the driver reportedly lost control of the steering wheel, causing the ambulance to swerve into the left lane.
Nepomuceno said the PKI Employees Welfare Union is responsible for paying for the damage done to the Skyway's physical properties in addition to their responsibilities to the ambulance passengers.Last edited by Monseratto; December 29th, 2010 at 12:45 PM.
