Nike for running, Adidas cross trainers for the gym.

Funny coz when you're abroad, you'll have to unlearn some Pinoy terminologies. When I went shopping for rubber shoes in the States, sabi ko sa salesman, "I'm looking for some rubber shoes..." Ayun dinala ako sa rain boots aka galoshes. Sabi ng utol kong taga-doon, "Tange! Dapat sabihin mo 'sneakers' o athletic shoes."

Next, shopping for shirts. Sabi ko "Can you show me where the polo shirts are?" Ayun, pinakita mga t-shirt na may collar. Dapat pala, "button down short sleeved shirts." Ang haba naman nun.

teka, could it just be you? 'cause everybody i know always referred to this as polo shirts (which i'm assuming is where the salesman took you)

Got a pair of Pacman Shoes before.. Never used then sold it for a higher price
