imho. dapat nga dagdagan pa natin ang mga math subjects natin while in high school and in college eh. medyo mahihina math and business proficiencies ng mga graduates natin, as i've experienced dito sa mga new hirees namin.

dapat, iintegrate itong mga subjects na ito while in H.S./College (business and technical courses, of course):

    a. accounting and bookeeping specially the rudiments of DR/CR, TBAL preparation, etc.(starting from HS)
    b. computers, hardware, operating systems and basic networking starting HS.
    c. economics starting HS.
    d. basic entrepreneurship starting HS.

that way, during the formative HS years, medyo nagkakaidea na yung mga students on what course they should take up, or careers they should pursue during higher learning.

tapos tanggalin yung mga hindi kailangan like Asian Civilization (i had this while i was in college - the heck), advanced Pilipino subjects (i had five when i was in college, whereas the basic bararila and panitikan will do...), Literature (i had one in college pero ECE ako....), and Rizal's Life and Works (i had one too in college, where it is a repetition of my Noli and Fili while in HS). Imho, Rizal's life and works (or Noli and Fili) should not be made into subjects where you have to take up in two years. Philippine Constitution (i had one in HS) should also be removed from a whole course (unless you are taking up Law or PoliScie). Pero tingin ko Philippine History should still be retained.

    imho lang ha?

I do not agree. He is not an authority to meddle with our educational system, which, lately has been lagging behind our Asian neighbors.
