    Thats pre-ignition according to your description. Now check mo timing mo baka naka advance sobra. The simplest way to know if advance or retard is try starting it, pag hirap umikot makina then mali timing mo, hence pre-ignition. check also adjustment of your carburator, baka masyado naka bukas ito kaya even if you switch of the engine eh may gasolina pa in the cylinder head kaya it still keeps it running for awhile. Contact point clearance has to be exact din. If symptoms persist call a doctor........ hehehe.....

    sa mga enthusiast ng mini dyan, baka meron kayong time this saturday Nov. 25,2006 from 11am-12midnight meron po na carshow bumper to bumper 2 sa silvercity's automall along julia vargas ave.
    meron pong entry na mga minis dun baka interested kayong pumunta at manood. yun ay kung may time po kayo?

    What "newly restored mini" are you talking about? Babalik pa ako sa garahe sa Sabado para makita kung buo na. Sino na nga pala dito yung may tindahan ng mini parts? Kailangan ko kasi ng Mk3 parts: Axle boots, valve cover gasket, and Manifold gasket. Help naman po. Kahit mura lang ang benta, ok na sa akin.

    hahahahaa... Sorry papa ramir ..akala ko sa haba ng panahon eh natapos din ung project mo...anyway, tipong patapos na rin...malapit na! Mini parts are available sa Rover Parts Sales and Service Co., Inc. 120 Visayas Ave, Culiat, Q.C. tel # 924 5973 , 928 2208. I got my other parts with the help of brod esarc. Happy 'Miniing' !!

    Is your car a straight Mk3? If it is, its engine shoud be pre A+ cross joint type, using the 2-spline ended drive shaft. I have boots for the inner end, pero used na. I suggest contact Rover first. Pag wala sila, then decide if you want an old pair. If you already have the pot joint type A+ engine, BAKA may kamukha sa pang jap-korean cars yung inner boots. Just bring the sample. If not, your best option is, again, rover parts. Para sa wheel end boots, ito sure ako, marami kamukha na pang jap-korean cars. Manifold gasket, i have available.

    I also have a few spare parts that had recently arrived. I am currently working out the pricing and will post it soon in the Car Finder section. I guess you may PM me for whatever parts you need and we'll try to source it out. By the way, we source out from outside the country, not locally.
