Millennials / Gen Y, and Gen Z tend to be against Caloy's mom, stating the recurring pinoy theme of using kids as "retirement plans" and that parents should not be meddling in their kids' affairs especially if the kids are already earning. They're the ones making memes about this as well.

It seems most Gen X and Boomers posts tend to be anti-Chloe and pro-mommy. I see some posts stating "nanay mo pa rin yan", "pinagpalit mo nanay mo sa babaeng haliparot", etc.
